Mrs. Katherine Muoki was appointed to the position of Economic Planning Secretary (EPS) on 8th July, 2020. She is the first female to hold this position. As EPS, Mrs. Muoki is responsible for coordinating National and Sectoral Planning through providing leadership and guiding the Economists at the State Department
